Body of Earth Yoga Classes

the body is a doorway into layers of consciousness…

Body of Earth Yoga Journeys are offered seasonally, three times a year. Ten consecutive asana classes are offered in each series and committing to the entire arc of the session is an important part of the process.

For those who have never taken a class, the 5 week beginner’s class must be completed. Beginner’s classes are offered on a rolling basis throughout the year.

Asana classes follow sequences, intuitive and theme-based and often inspired by nature and our relation to it thru the body. Great attention is paid to small details, be it anatomical or energetic; working to cultivate a loving witness to our physical body and it’s patterns and limitations. In doing so, we clear pathways, make space for grace and may find ourselves more actively surrendering to the flow of life moving thru.

I offer sliding scales but no one will be turned away for lack of funds, we can always find a way.

Please contact us with inquiries or to register. Classes are held at

BEGIN beginner's Class

Due to the popularity of the Thursday and Sunday Yoga Journeys (both Winter sessions have already filled), this class is being offered to the curious-minded and open-hearted who have never practiced yoga and are ready for the inner journey. In this 5 week session you will be introduced to the building blocks of an asana practice.

$100 for the session.

“Loren’s yoga classes go beyond the traditional poses and flows. She is super knowledgeable and it shines through in every class. The classes are always changing and both challenging and restorative. I love the readings, chants, drums and other musical aspects she brings to her classes. I’ve learned so much from her in such a short time and I am so happy to have her in this community.” -C
